What a great b-day party,

as we celebrated Kari's special day. Was SO nice to spend time with the kids. As always, my favorite part of life. Just went WAY too fast, as we had a party, complete with pool, in their newly landscaped back yard. Hard to believe we brought her home 33 years ago. Wow, time flies, but we are SO fortunate to have such good kids, and their spouses, living close enough to enjoy. Life is good...

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
