Good article in USA TODAY,

explaining that this year's presidential election should have been a slam-dunk for the Pubs. Deserved or not, there is general dissatisfaction with Hillary and the current administration. True, it's mainly because of unrelenting propaganda from FOXNews, but it's there. SO, who does the Repub electorate choose? Donald Trump, who doesn't stand a chance, BUT, with the backing of the low-info, trailer park mentality of the Pub base, he's driving the clown car.
It could have been SO different, if the average Pub wasn't SO gullible, but they are, so it isn't, and the Dems just need to say 'Thank You'. for making it so easy.
