The Constitution clearly states

the president is REQUIRED to nominate a new member of the Supreme Court, and the jerks at FOXNews are always screaming the Consitution! But, when the prez did his job, Bullshit Mountain reports it as 'Picking a Fight!'.
Nothing new here, as it's just the same old shit from same old bullshitters. We'll follow the law, when it suits us, and screw you, the rest of the time. It gets SO old...
