It's really VERY obvious

what the 10th amendment says. BUT, the rightwingnuts who are always screaming about THE CONSTITUTION! want to override it, with Big Govt.
They (OK, NE) want the Supreme Court to overturn Colorado law, cuz they don't like it. Thankfully, SCOTUS ruled otherwise (6-2), with OF COURSE Alito and Clarence Thomas objecting.
For the rightwingnuts who don't understand the Constitution, here's the 10th amendment, which is LAW, in our country, whether they approve, or NOT.
The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791.[1] It expresses the principle of federalism, which strictly supports the entire plan of the original Constitution for the United States of America, by stating that the federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the United States Constitution. All remaining powers are reserved for the states or the people.
