I always enjoy my 'Rolling Stone' magazines,

but this one is even better than usual, with all the SNL cast members (141), being rated from top to bottom, with a small bit about each of them, including, 'It will be difficult to explain (to anyone who didn't see him in the 80's) that Dennis Miller was ever relevant or funny', and I was surprised that Victoria Jackson was 138th, not last. BUT, a more important article was 'The Pentagon and Climate Change', which exlains how the rightwingnuts in Congress(R) have made it clear that any time the Pentagon budget contains 'climate' they're going into denial mode, and it's going to set off alarm bells, even though the military brass realize what a HUGE problem it is, with many low lying naval bases already in trouble, and getting worse. Naval Station Norflok, America's largest naval base, according to the military's own experts, is going to have to be replaced in the next fifty years, because of rising water levels, BUT, the Repubs refuse to talk about it, in front of the sheep. Nothing new here, but it's good see it so well documented.
