And you wonder why I can't stand 'em?

The new 'Rolling Stone' issue shows the HUGE difference between the 2 main political parties with the Dem vs Pub reactions to several issues, ALL of which are supported by a vast majority of the American people.

Ending govt subsidies to oil, gas and coal companies.
D- sponsored bill to cut $24 billion in subsidies.
R-Mitch McConnell. 'Frankly, I can't think of a better way to illustrate how completely out of touch the Democrats are on this issue'- as he killed it.

Student loan rates set at 3.4% or lower.
D-Elizabeth Warren introduced legislation to lower the rates.
R-'I'm pleased that Repubs provided a market based solution on student loans', Bonehead said, as it was killed.

Provide path to citizenship for undocumented aliens, with no 'benefits' involved
D-Senate passed a comprehensive, bi-partisan bill, with 14 Repub votes, and sent it to House.
R-Bonehead sat on it, refusing to bring to a vote, though the votes were there for it to pass.
Ted Cruz said, 'I guarantee you the American people are not interested in granting amnesty to millions of immigrants', though he is an immigrant himself.

Raise nat'l min wage
D-Sponsored bill to raise min wage.
R-Killed bill, and Koch bros rep said,'A higher min wage would deprive poor Americans of an 'opportunity to earn success', and lead to fascism'.

Background checks for gun purchases (supported by 92% of Americans)
D-Introduced bill to mandate background checks.
R-Fillibustered, and killed bill. Said Lindsay Graham R-SC, 'Obama's politically driven solutions to gun control could not stand the scrutiny of the American people'.

The 'Buffet Rule', proposed by Warren Buffet to raise taxes on the 1%
D-Sponsored the bill, to help pay for student debt interest relief.
R-Filibustered and killed it, and Mitch McTurtleface said, 'It ignores the concerns of our constituents, and show the 'Hard Left' is clearly in the driver's seat.

There's many more, but I'm tired of typing. And you wonder why I say the Pubs are for the 1%'s, at the expense of the rapidly shrinking middle class? I'm AMAZED that the little people, who get their politics and 'news' from Bullshit Mountain consistently vote against their own interests, but that's what FOX is all about, as the 'low information' voters actually believe FOXLies.
