You only have to read the details, that the low information sheep won't do, (as they get riled by the Bullshit Mountain headlines), to realize the FOX story is misleading at best, or an outright lie, which is 'the way they roll'. Same old shit from the usual suspects...

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
