Michael Bay, the director of '13 Hours', readily admits

that he included the words 'stand down' in the movie about Benghazi, (although it actually didn't happen) because it makes a better movie, and he doesn't claim that it's accurate. After over 30 Inguiries/committes/hearings/witchhunts, everyone agrees it wasn't said. 'IT'S A MOVIE', is his explanation, but I think it is highly unethical, cuz you KNOW a bunch of people, esp the BENGHAZI! wingnuts, will say 'I told you so', even though they are WRONG, and the guy who inserted it into the film, admits it.
Not sure of Michael Bay's motivation, but I sure know what it looks like. Much like the reason for the entire existence of Bullshit Mountain. Vote Republican!, in spite of the facts....
