The Obama administration approved a $200,000 grant to a group in Sudan with ties to Al Qaeda even though it had been designated a terrorist-financing organization by the U.S. years earlier, a conservative think tank revealed this week. 

 As always, Trump is just Dotard being Dotard, BUT, the Liar in Chief can only exist with the help of his State Media, where they ignore the REAL stories of LYING/Bimbo payoffs/Russian connections, and dig for a shady article, from many years ago.
