To keep Dotard’s farm voters. The same constituency that is cluelessly Republican, no matter what, now not only gets govt assistance/welfare with their corn crops that get converted to ethanol, taking MORE energy to produce than they yield, while sucking up vital disappearing water, but now we get to subsidize the very people who voted for the Liar in Chief, after his dumbshit policies hurt the price of farm products, in the form of stupid tariffs.

Vote in the clueless guy, have his policies wreck the market, and now WE pay welfare to idiots who voted him in.
