Just passed the rural mfg HQ of Alfred Nobel’s dynamite and ammo production.

They moved it WAY out of town after some ‘accidents’ that destroyed parts of Stockholm, as well as Nobel’s home, and laboratory, as well as his brother.
He invented nitroglycerin/dynamite, but it took a while to get all the details right.

He DID become Sweden’s richest man and the interest on the fortune endows the various Nobel prizes each year.
Probably the most amazing interior I’ve ever seen, where the prizes are awarded.
1.8 million gold plated mosaic tiles make amazing designs and murals.
Over 18 lbs of gold in one room.
Amazing.....
