Quite a day, sightseeing in Norway

saw the old castle guarding the harbor, that was NEVER taken and the amazing marina. Oslo has over  40,000 pleasure crafts, incl a YUUUUGE number of nice yachts and sailboats of all sizes. Then saw Vigeland zpark with all the famous statues, hundreds, depicting all the stages of life. The artist wanted them to be timeless, so none of them are clothed. Amazing works.
Then on to the maritime museum, where we saw, and toured the inside of the first ship, Raol Amundsens, to reach the North Pole, as it was designed to be ice bound, though they weren’t counting on THREE years,
Then their was Thor Heyerdahl’s original Kon Tiki, made of balsa logs that showed how the South Americans could have populated Tahiti, Bora Bora other South Sea islands. And also Ra, the reed boat that helped explain pyramids in Mexico.
Then the Viking Ship museum, where nearly totally intact Viking ships were recovered from burial mounds. Amazing craftsmanship that showed how the ruled the seas, plus their weapons technology with their superior Norse/Swedish steel blades.
Also saw Viking wheeled carts and fancy carved wooden sleds.
Quite a day, that ended around dinner with the Canadians and Aussies asking mom questions about ‘How the hell did Trump happen and how soon can he be gone?’
My answer was basically FOXLies and the gullible sheep who swallow them and Robert Mueller and
‘Flipping vs prison’, plus Dems winning the House and we get to see his taxes/financial records with all the Russian financing.
As I always say, just be patient, Dotard, the Liar in Chief, is going down, HARD.
