Good times for Denver sports enthusiasts, as the Nuggets and Avs are BOTH in the second round of the playoffs.


Last night at the Pepsi Center was basketball, with hockey tonight, then b-ball tomorrow, followed by hockey on Thursday, keeping the floor crew really busy.
So nice to see the Nuggets playing at a high level, as they run their completion into the ground, gasping for air at the high altitude.
The REALLY good news?
They’re both among the very youngest teams in their leagues, and are gonna be around, and GOOD, for a LONG time.....
YAHOO!

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
