In national news I see where Valerie Plame is running for Congress in New Mexico.


Yup, the same Ms Plame who was ‘outed’ as a CIA agent, and many of her contacts killed and tortured, after GW and the Dick were pissed cuz she and her husband Joe Wilson, Repub appointed expert on Nuclear Weapons in the Middle East, rightfully claimed there was NO WAY Saddam had the ‘yellow cake uranium’ or any of the nuclear weapons that GW and The Dick LIED about to start the war in the MidEast, to raise the price of oil (their ‘family businesses), VERY successfully, BTW,  from under $14 to over $140/barrel.
Yup, that Valerie Plame, who had her career RUINED, cuz she told the truth about the LIES used by the Repubs to start this iegal war that has cost us trillions and keeps our VA hospitals FULL, after diverting the military and our money away from REAL security threats.
Yup, THAT Valerie Plame, and THAT war(R), based on LIES, that also helped the Pubs to totally wreck our economy, in 2008.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
