The recently retired Sec Zinke just signed a $140K ‘consulting’ contract, with $120,00 travel allowance, with a mining company he helped open public land for them to mine on. The stench of the swamp just gets more odiferous by the day.
Meanwhile, good news for the Catholics in the Detroit area. The local church leaders have decreed it acceptable for them to eat muskrat on Fridays, to supplement their diet of fish.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
