With an aging population (I resemble that remark...) and a declining birth rate one of the main problems our country faces, Other than the Orange Clown in the White House) is a labor shortage.

This shortage is especially acute in the areas of farm workers, landscaping and construction. The kind of work a lot of Americans don’t want, but we need.
Luckily, or NOT, we have many who want nothing more than a chance to put in a hard day’s work, for a minimal wage.
