The Denver Post had an interesting article this morning

Extortion. Blackmail. Infidelity. Incompetence. Defamation of character. This is from FELLOW REPUBS, describing the soap opera surrounding Steve House, the newly elected chairman of the Colorado Republican Party, as two factions of the party fight for control, while getting NOTHING done, much like their brethren in Washington.
As always, whenever I think these clowns can't get any worse, they never fail to sink even lower. 
Republicans, the Party of NO!, the antithesis of good government on all levels....

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them. A once proud party, like a beast in it's death throes, striking out to harm whatever's close, threatening to shut the gov't down, (again), over the debt limit, which is just paying the bills they already ran up.
