For the last 12 years or so,
I've made a large batch of green chile, this time of year, and my recipe has evolved over the years. This one is the BEST EVER, probably cuz it is made with a combination of chiles, BUT, the Pablanos are giving it the 'taste', that is SO good. Wow, I have a conundrum here, cuz it is SO good, I wanna eat it all, BUT, I wanna 'share and brag'. We'll see, but 2015 will be a 'vintage' year, cuz I don't think I can replicate it, with the combo of chiles that make it really special. Yum.....
