From those who know him best,
we have some new insight on The Donald, this morning.
Over the last year, virtually every prominent member of the GOP warned Americans that this guy was a raving lunatic – and that’s a stunning indictment from folks who are mostly nuts themselves. Anyone who ever did business with Trump also tried to warn us that he was an unprincipled, backstabbing megalomaniac who lies every time he opens his mouth.
And his campaign was aimed squarely at tapping the racial resentments of lower and middle class whites. His empty promises to return all their former industrial jobs from forty or fifty years ago are utter hallucinations (we know this, but the rubes who believed his demagoguery will have to find out the hard way).
Trump has no ****ing idea what he’s doing. This is all just a new toy to him.
And all his advisers and cabinet officials (among them a neo-Nazi Rasputin, a
staunch climate change denier at EPA, a sworn enemy of Medicare and Social
Security at HHS, a rabid opponent of our entire 150 year-old public education
system running the Dept. of Education, etc.) are just as far out of the American
mainstream (hell, even the GOP mainstream) as Mr. Trump.

Now, the entire country, (and world), will be taken on a 'wild ride', as a totally unqualified buffoon gets the 'keys to the castle', nukes included.... Should be interesting, as we see the country that's handed off to him, after 8 years of 'grown ups' in charge, compared to the screwed up mess that Bush/Cheney(R) left for Obama 'to fix'. Compared to Trump, GW will be remembered as 'the last responsible Republican' (Ha!) in the White House.
Who thinks this is going to turn out well? Oh yeah, the sheep....
