It was a good, close game last night,

as CU and Washington played for the Pac 12 Championship, until the Buff quarterback sprained his ankle AND twisted his knee, on the same play. The 6-5, 230 lb QB, who could run like a fullback, and held all the passing records at CU tried to come back, as he had done so many times this year, but he couldn't run, let alone scramble and pass, and it was all over for the Buffs, as their talented leader tried to shake off the pain of a badly sprained ankle, in a BIG game. Something I can relate to, only too well...
Too bad. A tight game and great season ended on one crushing play. OH well, that doesn't take anything away from the biggest turnaround in recent sports memory. From last to first in the Pac 12 South. We Buff fans should be proud.
