The prez of Mexico and the head of the union at Carrier, that is. Easy... Both of them, after meeting with Trump, listened to what the Donald had to say, and they said the same thing. 'He lied his ass off'.

During his speech last week, Trump bragged about convincing Carrier to keep “over 1,100 people” at their Indianapolis plant—a move the president-elect called “so great.”
“He got up there, and, for whatever reason, lied his ass off,” Jones said, after 700 jobs were still sent to Mexico, and 350 were never on the chopping block'.
“Trump and Pence, they pulled a dog and pony show on the numbers,” Jones told the Post. “I almost threw up in my mouth.”
BOTTOM LINE. Same old shit from Trump, and his minions(R) don't give a shit.
