Wow, who da thunk?

In another survey, out today, Colorado was rated in the top few 'places to live', in the US.
Duh, I was sure it would have been a Rust/Bible Belt Red State...Pic taken less than 10 miles from here.

In our latest study on the best housing markets for growth and stability, Colorado had 3 metro areas ranked in the top 10. Based on the data we pulled for this analysis, we concluded that Colorado as a whole was a great place for people wanting to own homes. The state's average effective property tax rate (0.58%) is among the lowest rates in the nation. Plus, it has the second highest rate of home price appreciation (per square foot). No wonder people are flocking there from all over.
