It's kind of embarrassing, but I understand

how it could happen. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, of the Supremes, was caught sleeping duing the SOTU address. Seems like she had too much wine during a dinner with the other justices, just before the speech. C'mon, if you were forced to put up with Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia wouldn't you wanna get blitzed? I can totally understand what she did and why. Too bad the little old lady can't hold her wine, BUT, maybe it will help her make up her mind to retire, and have a new justice(D) appointed before it's too late.
