The Bryan WIlliams 'lying' story
makes me think about some of the worst lies ever broadcast, and I immediately thought of GW and 'The Dick' with their build up to the Iraq war, (to 'successfully' boost the price of oil, their family businesses) BUT, I think the worst series of lies was from the Bushies, (after 'shock and awe'), concerning Pvt. Jessica Lynch. According to the Repub propaganda machine, Jessica's convoy was attacked and she 'went down with her gun blazing', before she was captured, raped and brutally abused by the barbaric Iraqi's. Soon, however, our heroes found where she was being tortured, and Special Forces 'rescued' her in a daring raid.

Her convoy got lost in the predawn darkness and her driver wrecked the vehicle in a ditch, injuring the passengers. The locals rescued them, treated their injuries and took them to a local hospital where their treatment continued. The medics then called the US forces to pick them up. When they got the info, the military turned it into a media circus and attacked the hospital, killing several caregivers. Ironically, Pat Tillman, the former NFL player, that was later the subject of aother HUGE lie by the Bushies (after he was killed by friendly fire), was involved. Bottom line, lying is bad, BUT it was taken to new levels by the Bush(R) administration (to keep the sheep riled) as FOXNews 'catapulted the propaganda', which is a quote from GW.
