With ALL the books out there,
I always figured if one made it to the NYT Bestseller Top Ten list, it must be pretty good, SO, I downloaded, 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k'.
I started reading and haven't stopped, though it is getting a little repetitious.
The chapters are listed here:

Some of it is obvious, and some is a bit of BS, but MOST of it is spot-on. Take responsibility for your own life. Face problems, don't wish them away. Don't have unrealistic expectations and don't espouse the rules/dreams of others. Face your own mortality. The dangers of pure 'certainty', and the tyranny of 'exceptionalism'. You are not 'special'. Recognize and embrace genetics, the 'hand you're dealt'. Travel to widen your horizons.
Haven't finished the book yet, but lots of good, honest 'mind opening' facts and opinions.
Seems in many areas, I am years ahead of my time, and discovered the secret to a good life, long before it was written down in a book.
