Not that I need anymore,

but I am developing a new habit. During the day AND at night. I still drink coffee in the morning, (and the new Starbucks beans have been fantastic), but, during the day and in the evening, I've been drinking tea. Green tea during the day, and various non-caffeinated types in the evening. I like it, it keeps me from eating/drinking other stuff and I think it's good for my digestion, which has been 'less than ideal'. We'll see how long it lasts, but for now, I'm really enjoying it. And, in a nice side effect, I try to use the 5 minute 'steeping time' to do chores/clean up. Another benefit...
