"State Steals Money Meant For Our Lord" Yup, that's how the 'Fair and Balanced' bozos handle a story of those who flaunt the law, (what happened to 'Law and Order'?), but don't pay the price. Nothing new here, but a good example of 'truthiness' at FOX, where they take a 'bit of truth' and twist it to match their narrative. And the sheep said, Amen.....
