The Pubs DO have a plan,

to combat the scourge of shootings, although they refuse to pass background checks for gun show sales of firearms. They're saying,
 'Enough's Enough! We're DOUBLING prayers for victim's families, initiating LONGER moments of silence, and allowing UNLIMITED stuffed bears at makeshift shrines.'
FINALLY, they have a plan...
PS Whenever I think MAYBE the Pubs aren't clueless, I look at their candidates, and see The Donald with a double digit (same as their average IQ) lead, and think of what happened the last time they were in charge, and I think, 'never mind'.
