Saw the Steve Salise, Repub Congressman, story on 60 Minutes, tonight



A true tragedy, on a personal level, as a whackjob gunman shot him while he was practicing for a legislative baseball game.
He was hit in the hip, by a high caliber bullet, and it TORE HIM UP.
I've cleaned elk and deer and seen that kinda damage. Unimaginable, for those who haven't seen what a bullet can do.
How ironic, that one of the jerks(R) who caused tens of thousands of soldiers, and civilians, to be killed and injured in the same kind of way (bullets and bombs), in their(R) total bullshit war, that they(R) LIED us into (in their 'very profitable' war) in Iraq, got shot in the same way the 'little people' (non Repub Congressmen) were blown apart.
SOOO, one of those(R) who caused a BUNCH of injuries got injured.
Too bad.
Sorry, but I saw it all before, in the Viet Nam War that was ALSO total bullshit.
And then they(R) did it again, in Iraq.
Now, maybe Steve Salise won't vote for the next Repub war, after seeing what BULLETS do to PEOPLE.
We can only hope....
BUT, most of the jerks(R) will probably just be typical Repubs, and vote for the next 'very profitable' war.
Some things never change, cuz there'a YUUUGE amount of money to be made in war.
Just ask Dick Cheney(R) and his Haliburton buddies(R), as oil went from under $14 to over $140 per barrel.
Who da thunk, when you(R) attack the oil basket of the world, in a war based on Repub LIES?
BTW, the same jerks(R) totally wrecked the US economy. Remember 2007?
